M Pub's Buffalo Chicken Soup(Rich, creamy, spicy chicken soup with optional (but highly recommended) blue cheese crumbles )

1 qt Heavy Cream
1 qt Chicken Stock (can be store bought)
3 cup Onions 1/4" diced
3 cups Celery chopped
1/2 cup Garlic Butter (includes Green Onion, Parsley, Garlic and Butter)
1/2 T Celery Salt
1 T Dijon Mustard
2 T Tomatoe Paste
1 cup Lousiana Supreme Chicken Wing Sauce
1/2 cup Flour
1 1/2 pounds Chicken Breast grilled and diced
4 oz Blue Cheese Crumbles

Directions:  1) Mix chicken stock and Heavy cream into stock pot, turn to high and boil 2) In separate pan, add Celery, Onions and garlic butter to saute pan. Saute until onions are semi-translucent. 3) Add Celery Salt, Dijon, Tom Paste and Hot Sauce to the saute pan; stir. 4) Sprinkle flour over veggies and mix completely. Take off heat. 5) Reduce Heat once the stock and cream has come to a boil. 6) Combine everything into the pot and stir to evenly distribute. 7) Season to taste. 8) Add optional Blue Cheese Crumbles to taste.
