Ginger Chicken

Boneless Chicken (Or with bones) 8 pieces
5 Tomato
50g Butter
Olive Oil
25g Ginger
Dry Red Chilli/powder
15 pieces of Black Pepper
salt to taste
Indian chicken masala

Directions:  Take a non stick pen. Take a butter and olive oil. Heat it to normal flame. Add red chilli full, clove, black pepper. Allow to get the taste of all spices to the butter-oil. Add 1 table spoon Indian chicken masala, salt to taste and SLICED ginger and cook for a five minute on lower flame followed by properly washed chicken pieces. Allow to cook for 5 min.Add 1 cup of water and heat till chicken get soft. Add paste of tomatoes and red chilli powder (as spice required) and allow the whole dish to cook for next 15-20 min at the normal flame. Decorate it with small slices of ginger and corriendor.
