Parrothead Salad(Best Salad in Georgia)

1 head leaf lettuce cut into bite size pieces
1 bag spinach
1/2 pound fresh strawberries, sliced
1/2 pound fresh blueberries
1 mango, peeled, I used oranges instead
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1/2 cup raisins I used grapes, mixed dried fruit
1/4 cup toasted slivered almonds
1/4 cup chopped onion
4-6 slices bacon fried and crumbled
Poppy Seed Dressing
1/2 tsp. lemon zest
2 Tablespoons lemon juice
2 Tablespoons white wine vinegar
1/3 cup sugar
1 Tablespoon veg. oil
1 tsp. poppy seeds
Place all in jar, Shake well

Directions:  Toss all salad ingredients in large bowl, add your dressing. Cover, and refrigerate at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to mingle. Do not refrigerate more than 4 hours. Add your bacon and sprinkle over the salad. Enjoy
