Brussels Sprouts with Bacon and Lemon(Quick and Easy Brussel Sprouts)

Preparation Time: 15 minutes
Number of Servings: 4-6

Ingredients:

1 tablespoon oil
1 pound brussels sprouts(cleaned, shredded, blanched and drained)
4 slices bacon (cooked and crumbled)
1 teaspoon lemon zest
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:  Heat the oil in a pan. Add the shallot and saute until tender, about 3-5 minutes. Add the brussels sprouts, bacon, lemon zest, salt and pepper and toss to mix.
