Ingredients:

7-9 # pork loin from Costco
teriyaki sauce
TREAGER Pork Poultry shake
Johnny's seasoning
sweet chili sauce
peach mango salsa

Directions:  I start out with a 7-9 # pork loin from Costco they sell good pork products. rinse and pat dry the loin .then put it on a 1/2 sheet pan. Sprinkle liberally with teriyaki sauce on both sides. then season with TREAGER Pork Poultry shake then Johnneys seasoning then baste it with sweet chili sauce and then pour on a liberal amount of peach mango salsa over the fatty side and keep that the top side. place the loin in a hot TREAGER GRILL and sear the bottom. then turn the grill to smoke and smoke for up to 3 hours, Switch the Traeger to medium to finish. When internal temp is 150 I take it out and let it rest for 15 minutes then slice and serve It will melt in your mouth . YUMMM!!!!! email me if you have any questions fishgriller@yahoo.com
