Ambrosia Fruit Salad

Preparation Time: 10 minutes
Number of Servings: 4-6 servings

1 can (20 oz.) chunk pineapple in juice or syrup
1 can (11oz.) mandarin orange segments
1 cup seedless purple grapes
1 cup mini marshmallows
1 cup flaked coconut
1 cup dairy sour cream (I use light)
1 T. sugar

Directions:  Drain pineapple and oranges. Combine pineapple, oranges, grapes marshmallows and coconut. Add sour cream and sugar. Stir lightly until mixed. Chill overnight. May be doubled.
