Beef-Vegetable Casserole(More like a soup.)

1 lb ground beef
1 med onion chopped
1/2 cup chopped celery
4 cups chopped cabbage
2 cans 14 oz stewed tomatoes
1 Tbsp flour
1 Tbsp sugar
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper

Directions:  1. Saute beef, onion, and celery in skillet over medium heat until meat is browned. 2 Pour into slow cooker 3. In a large mixing bowl combine cabbage, tomatoes, flour, sugar, salt, and pepper. Stir and mix it up. Pour into slow cooker. Stir and mix up with meat. 4. Cover. Cook on high 4 to 5 hours. Can be cooked on low for 6 to 8 hours.
