easy cinna-buns!(sweet)

Ingredients:

6 c. Pancake Mix (buttermilk works best)
2 large eggs
4 c. Flour
1 1/4 c. water
3 tbl. cinnamon
1/2 c. Maple Syrup
1 c. Sugar
1/4 c. vegetable oil

Directions:  Mix pancake mix and 1 cup of water. Should be dough like (thick).Roll into ball. Flour out a rolling surface thats about the same size as your dough. Flour the top of your dough ball lightly untill your rolling pin does not stick to it.Roll out a flat surface thats about 1/4 of an inch thick. In another bowl or cup, mix sugar,eggs,syrup and 1/4 c of water. Caramel should be grainy from the sugar. Plop spoonfulls of caramel onto your flat dough. Spread with butterknife or spoon (knife works best). Roll the dough starting from the same side as you until the lip of the unrolled dough meets your fingers.Pat your oil on the rolled end of the dough so that they both stick to eachother while theyre baking. Cut into 2-3 inch medallions. Place on baking sheet and sprinkle with powdered sugar. Bake at 350* for 15 min. or untill golden brown. you will have enough dough for 2 rolls, so do not throw excess dough out.
