1/2 CUP ORANGE JUICE
1/2 CUP LACTAID REDUCED FAT MILK
1 BANANA
3-6 ICE CUBES
STRAWBERRIES--OPTIONAL
OTHER FRUIT CAN BE COMBINED UPON WHAT YOUR TASTE BUDS LIKE

Directions:  PUT ALL INGREDIENTS IN BLENDER AND MIX...POUR AND SERVE..THEN ENJOY!
