Best Coffee Cake (This Coffee cake will stay moist for days. )

Preparation Time: 10 mins. approx.

Ingredients:

1/2 c marg or butter
1c sugar
2 eggs
1c sour cream. reg, or light.
2tsps. vanilla
2c flour
1tsp. baking powder
1tsp. baking soda
1/2c sugar
11/2 tsp. cinnamon
1tsp. cocoa

Directions:  Cream butter and sugar. add eggs. add sour cream and vanilla. beat well. combine dry ingredients.then add to creamed mixture gradually. You can add a little milk if you think the batter is too thick. Grease a buunt pan or angelfood pan. Pour in batter. combine sugar, cinnamon and cocoa and sprinkle around the middle area of the batter. Use a spatula and swirl into batter. Bake 40 mins. at 350* I often use jelly cyrstals in place of cinnamon,cocoa and sugar mix. Swirl in as above and then sprinkle all over the top of batter too. YUM
