Chick Pea Curry(Hearty and warming chick pea curry)

2 tins chick peas
4 tbsp Garam Masala
1 large onion, sliced thinly
2 tbsp vegetable oil
1 tsp ginger puree
1 tsp garlic puree
Pinch salt

Directions:  Put oil in pan. Heat over medium temperature, add onions and simmer till well soft. Add garlic, ginger and garam masala and stir till onions well covered. Add chick peas with water and stir well. Bring to boil and reduce to simmer. Cover for approx 10 minutes, or until sauce has reduced by half. Serve immediately with dollop of natural yoghurt and pitta bread.
